First Saturday, Every Month. 🐪
Every First Saturday | Showtime Studio, Roseville | Pay What You Want
The BIPOC Improv Jam is a welcoming space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to connect, create, and shine on stage. Whether you’re an experienced improviser or brand-new to the art form, this jam celebrates your voice and perspective through spontaneous comedy—now with live musical underscoring.
Held on the first Saturday of every month, the jam is guided by comedian Jamil Jackson and supported by the warm, experienced team at Good Camel Comedy Theater. Non-BIPOC audience members are encouraged to attend as enthusiastic supporters from the seats after warm ups.
Come play, laugh, and build community in an affirming, joy-filled environment.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Warm-up session for BIPOC performers only.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Open Improv Jam (public show) – everyone is welcome!
